Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, improving operating results, developing team members, and ensuring the overall performance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product selection.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
