Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi’s team. In this role, you will assist with managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training team members, maintaining inventory, and optimizing store performance. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in implementing company strategies, fostering teamwork, and upholding core values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform cleaning duties.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
