Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operating results.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and understanding of company policies.
  • Experience in budgeting and personnel management preferred.
  • Proficient in operating equipment such as cash registers and maintaining store standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience a plus.
