Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory control, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, with management experience preferred.
