Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi and take on key responsibilities including assisting with day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will lead a team, identify training opportunities, and support the store's success.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Understand company strategy and promote teamwork among employees.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
- Supervise store operations, maintain inventory, and ensure customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience required; management experience preferred.
