Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, contributing to overall store performance, and developing operational plans while supporting the growth and development of the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
- Oversee inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
- Ensure customer service excellence and uphold company policies.
Requirements
- 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
