Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, contributing to overall store performance, and developing operational plans while supporting the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
  • Oversee inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
  • Ensure customer service excellence and uphold company policies.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
