Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service and overall store performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans for operational improvements.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.
- Provide feedback on product offerings and participate in the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, budgeting, and inventory management.
