Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing overall store performance, and developing operational plans. You will play a key role in training and developing the team while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
