Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist with supervising daily store operations, managing schedules, implementing action plans, and fostering team development. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to ensure the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and merchandise quality.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Experience in retail operations with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
