Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as an Assistant Retail Supervisor. In this role, you will assist the store manager with day-to-day store activities, supervise the team, manage schedules, and ensure overall store performance. You will play a key role in developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and fostering a positive working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
- Ensure adherence to company values and foster teamwork
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels
- Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Meets requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Prior management experience preferred
