Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $24.00 per hour for an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to staff.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and ensure inventory control.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
