Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to ensure the overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership to the team, identifying training opportunities, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, merchandise products, and optimize store cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
