Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to oversee data and analytics platforms for the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. You will lead a team managing platforms and provide vision, leadership, and mentoring. Join us in developing life-changing medicines for patients worldwide!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of platforms and drive change management strategies.
- Lead, hire, and mentor Clinical Data Innovation team to meet key goals.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT partners on data platform development.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CDASH standards, Tableau, AWS, T-SQL, and elluminate a plus.
Educational Requirement
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Salary
Base pay range $152,000-$228,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, flexible vacation, and more.
