Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join Banner Bank as a Banker I. In this role, you will serve as the face of the bank by providing exceptional client experiences, processing transactions accurately, and assisting clients in meeting their financial goals. You will actively promote and sell the bank's products and services through in-person and telephone interactions, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will maintain a high level of reliability and collaborate effectively on all assignments.
What You'll Need
- 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication, with proper phone and email etiquette.
- Interpersonal skills, relationship building abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
- NOTE: Candidates with higher levels of experience may be considered for elevated roles within the same job category.

Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted hourly range based on experience: $18.00-$22.23/hr.
