Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Children's Behavioral Health - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, Licensed to join our Children's Behavioral Health team in Salem. As part of our team, you will provide individual and family therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and offer therapeutic supports such as case management and care coordination. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to serve monolingual Spanish-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and transition age youth.
• Conduct mental health assessments and document services to meet requirements.
• Offer consultation, training, and case management services to clients and families.
• Collaborate with team members and professionals to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar licensure.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment planning, and diagnostic protocols.
