Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Gallatin. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as medication reminders, personal grooming, and escort services.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents while respecting their independence and confidentiality.
• Document daily care provided and report any resident issues to supervisors.
• Ensure a safe environment by following emergency procedures and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with the elderly and memory-impaired adults preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
