Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at Aldi as Cashiers and Stockers on a part-time basis. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service. Stockers play a vital role in maintaining our shelves, organizing inventory, and creating attractive displays for our customers. Both roles require teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and ensure proper rotation.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and maintain safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
