Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers and Stockers. As a Cashier, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and help maintain a clean store environment. Stockers play a vital role in ensuring products are readily available for our customers by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and following safety guidelines.

Position Type

Part-Time, under 30 hours per week

Salary

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Cashiers: Process purchases, provide customer assistance, and uphold cash policies. Stockers: Ensure shelves are stocked, rotate products, and operate machinery safely.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, bending, lifting, and carrying items. Stockers need to lift up to 45 pounds.
