Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) and be part of enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. You will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service, offering variety and new challenges daily.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain tidy displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create appealing displays
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow merchandising guidelines

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Effective time management and communication abilities
• Knowledge of company products and services

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience desired
