Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers/Stockers at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to cash policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Stockers will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating well-merchandised displays, and operating machinery safely. Both positions require individuals who can work collaboratively, uphold company standards, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean checkout area.
• Provide excellent customer service and report any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and organize inventory efficiently.
• Create attractive displays following merchandising guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
