Compensation: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to advance the personal training business and exceed fitness financial targets at our club. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, leadership, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high performing team aligned with VASA's core values
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients
• Facilitate programming to fit the exact needs of each client
• Create a friendly, fun, and inclusive environment for members and clients
• Retain personal training clients and ensure the best value
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients
• Attract new clients through forming personal relationships with members
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate packages
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
