Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a vital role in advancing the personal training business by exceeding fitness financial targets. Your responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, increasing client acquisition and retention, and creating a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to meet individual client needs.
• Create an approachable environment for members and clients.
• Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales goals.
