Role Overview
The Certified Fitness Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business at their club, exceeding fitness financial targets, and providing a world-class experience for members. They lead a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals while driving new client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Facilitate personalized training sessions to meet each client's needs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging training environment for clients and trainers.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional value and service.
- Support personal trainers' growth and development.
- Attract new clients through relationship building.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness leadership or personal training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Certifications in personal training or related fields.
