Certified Fitness Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). In this role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. The position is hourly, non-exempt with a base rate of $18.00-$24.00 per hour, along with monthly bonus and milestone bonus opportunities, resulting in a total compensation range of $50,180-$68,800 annually.

• Advance the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing team that helps members achieve fitness goals.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions to meet monthly targets and increase client count.
• Attract and retain personal training clients through exceptional service.
• Create a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
