Certified Fitness Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating an exceptional experience for our members. As a PTL, you will build and develop a high-performing team focused on helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to meet client needs.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients and ensure value delivery.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal connections.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and training packages.
• Work with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
