Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually, plus bonuses

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention rates.
- Develop an agile team that can provide customized training programs.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and members.
- Coach and support personal trainers in achieving sales targets.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive team performance and exceed financial targets.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
