- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
- Facilitate individualized training programs for clients.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional value and service.
- Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through building personal relationships.
- Coach trainers on consultations and sales strategies.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales goals.
