We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club. Your responsibilities will include building and developing a high-performing team, increasing acquisition of new clients, improving retention rates, and creating a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention rates.
• Create an agile team that can adjust programming to meet individual client needs.
• Interact with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic manner.

Requirements

• Certification in Personal Training.
• Proven experience in team management and client acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
