Join our team at VASA Fitness as a Certified Personal Training Lead (PTL) and take your career to the next level! As the PTL, you will play a crucial role in advancing the personal training business at the club, driving exceptional fitness experiences, and exceeding financial targets. You will lead a high-performing team to assist members in achieving their fitness goals while ensuring they enjoy a world-class experience with every visit.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that upholds VASA's core values and fosters a culture of accountability.
- Enhance acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Develop an agile team capable of customizing training programs to meet each client's specific needs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment within the Personal Training Cage.
- Maintain high client retention rates by delivering exceptional value in personal training services.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients, facilitating growth and development.
- Form personal relationships with VASA members to attract new clients.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and package recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for acquiring new clients.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals by driving team performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training leadership or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
