At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to advance our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets at the club and ensuring members achieve their fitness goals comfortably.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team that tailors programming to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by ensuring value, safety, and over-delivery in personal training.
• Foster a supportive community among personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Contribute to hitting monthly sales goals as a team.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Personal Training.
• Prior experience in managing a team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
