Position Title: Certified Personal Training Lead

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment for clients and team members.
- Drive sales by forming relationships with members and promoting personal training packages.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
