Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus bonuses

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients
- Enhance client retention through tailored programming and exceptional service
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage
- Support and engage with trainers and clients to foster a connected community
- Attract new clients through personal interactions with members
- Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
