Job Description
We are seeking RNs and LPNs to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team at an in-person hiring event. If you have experience in HomeHealth nursing and are looking to work in a supportive environment with comprehensive OASIS-E training, this is the opportunity for you.
Position: Full-Time RN
The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency required or willing to train.
