ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
