Job Description
ChristianaCare is hosting an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event and looking for experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team. As part of our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system with a Class 5 rating and comprehensive OASIS-E training, you will have the opportunity to excel in your HomeHealth career with the support of our leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
