Position Available
We are currently hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. The roles involve day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
