Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full-Time RN to join our team at our Newark, DE location. As a critical member of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop patient care plans, and ensure quality treatment and outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with patient needs.
- Prepare patients for discharge and ongoing care.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to be trained.
