Job Description
We are currently hosting an in-person nursing hiring event for ChristianaCare HomeHealth. We are looking for a dedicated Full Time RN to join our team in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients, develop patient-centered care plans, and ensure the well-being of our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficient or willing to train.
