Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hosting an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event and is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community while implementing goal-oriented care plans and participating in discharge planning.
