Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the shift operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards across all areas of operation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent customer relations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet Cicis standards and customer orders.
• Handle guest concerns or issues professionally and promptly, soliciting feedback to improve operations and enhance brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant teams, maintain optimal shift staffing levels, and coach team members to exceed guest expectations while upholding quality and appearance standards.
• Contribute to sales goals by delivering friendly and prompt guest service, driving sales through team member training and execution.
• Support overall profit goals through effective utilization of POS systems and cash management, managing inventory levels to minimize waste and loss.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Proficiency in team leadership and the ability to work independently.
• Bilingual abilities may be required in specific markets.
