Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

Cicis Pizza, with over 270 locations nationwide and still growing, is seeking talented Shift Leaders to direct shift operations at our restaurant. The Shift Leader will ensure compliance with company standards in all areas, including product preparation, customer service, and maintaining quality throughout all operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills to maintain quality products and uphold Cicis standards.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations and brand loyalty.
• Supervise restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train team members, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through exceptional guest service and effective use of systems.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in leading a team independently during shifts.
• Bilingual proficiency in certain markets is a plus.
