Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is seeking a Clinical Development Lead for Solid Tumor Oncology in the areas of BTC (Biliary Tract Cancer) and GEA (Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma). This role involves leading late-stage development and life-cycle management for a key Oncology asset, driving the Clinical Development strategy, and managing a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists. The position requires strategic leadership, clinical development planning, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, clinical trial oversight, data analysis, risk management, external collaboration, budget, resource management, and people development. Candidates should have experience with Solid Tumor Oncology development, leading high-performing teams, and effective communication skills. MD qualification is required, with a preference for board-certified Oncologists and higher postgraduate degrees.
