Community Support Specialist

Job Description

Join our team at Crossroads Community Services Board as a Community Support Specialist. In this full-time role, you will provide training and support services to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. Your responsibilities will include documenting individual progress, evaluating support services, and offering training in personal care, home and community living, and behavior management.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, recovery-oriented environment where staff engage empathetically with individuals to help them address multiple challenges successfully. A Bachelor's degree and related field experience are required for this position.
