Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join the National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing construction costs nationally, working closely with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure cost efficiency across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Prepare detailed bid analysis and reports for project awards.
• Monitor market pricing for construction materials and trades.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction practices.
• Assist in training and developing team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and pricing structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
