Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure that costs align with project scopes and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and analysis to divisional teams.
• Analyze bids to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Research alternative materials and construction practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation software.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications.
