Calumet Trace Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Dining Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and resolve any food service issues promptly with team members and leaders.
• Prepare and assist in serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Follow health, safety, and infection control practices.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Store, label, and date food appropriately.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet residents' needs professionally.

Requirements

• Serve Safe Certification as required by state regulations.
• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform other duties as needed.
• Background check is required for employment.
