Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist specializing in Cardiac imaging to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a part-time Radiology Cardiac CT Tech, you will play a crucial role in operating the C.T. scanner, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Operate the C.T. scanner and ensure proper positioning of patients.
- Handle patient transportation and scheduling efficiently.
- Communicate exam results to physicians promptly and accurately.
- Administer IV contrast fluid and monitor patient reactions.
- Maintain proficiency in operating the PACS computer system.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Education in Radiologic Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (A.R.R.T.) or registry eligible.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Prior experience as a CT Technologist.
- Advanced CT certification is preferred.
