We are looking for a Customer Return Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As part of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating the return process for rental cars. This dynamic and customer-centric position offers an hourly wage of $17.00, with the potential for up to a $1,000 Retention Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in returning rental cars courteously and efficiently.
• Record essential vehicle details such as mileage, gas levels, and damages.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the return process.
• Operate computer systems to check in returned vehicles accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
