Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
