Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with team members and store management to ensure the store maintains its high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
